Getting Ready Suites
There are two getting-ready suites located within the main home of Adams Estate. Each of these offers space to prepare before your vows. Whether you have your hair & makeup team on site, or you’re ready to pop the bubbly, each suite offers an idyllic backdrop for capturing pre-wedding moments.
Bridal Suite
The bridal suite at Adams Estate spans the entirety of the second floor. In total, it is made up of five rooms. Your hair and makeup team will be given the space to prepare each member of your wedding party, along with your closest family members. This getting-ready area also includes four full bathrooms, a salon, and a lounge area. It is quiet and tucked away, providing you with a tranquil sense of calm as you prepare on the morning of your wedding.
Grooms Suite
Located in the loft is the Groom’s suite. This relaxed setting offers a wet bar, 75” flatscreen, a ping pong table, a poker table, and a lounge area with views of the lake. This space is ideal for fastening cuff links and buttoning jackets before heading to the wedding garden for your ceremony.
Ceremony Space
Wedding ceremonies at The Adams Estate take place outdoors in the wedding garden. Directly overlooking the water, this space on the estate grounds is surrounded by staggering ancient oak trees. In total, it can host up to 200 attendees with white garden seating arranged for your guests to look on as you are joined in marriage.
Cocktail Hour & Reception
Adams Estate has two distinct terrace options for your cocktail hour and wedding reception. The first is their climate-controlled, glass-enclosed lakefront terrace. Secondly, the venue offers its open-air terrace, which is located directly behind the home. The terraced space behind the home is al fresco, but has the ability to host a tented reception experience or an open-air experience accented by lighting and floral installations.
Adams Estate Wedding Cost
An Adams Estate wedding is exclusive. On the day of your wedding, yours will be the only event taking place, with access to the venue beginning at 8 am and an event end time of 11 pm.
Additional amenities of your wedding at The Adams Estate include the following:

- Online event planning platform for you & your planner for guest list & seating chart

It is important to note that an Adams Estate wedding requires the use of a day-of coordinator. However, it is highly recommended (but not required) that you work with a Florida wedding planner to curate the vision and coordinate the logistics of your Adams Estate wedding.

August through October
Weddings taking place Monday through Thursday during the months of August through October begin with a starting cost of $6000.
Friday weddings during the months of August through October begin with a starting cost of $8000.
Saturday weddings during the months of August through October begin with a starting cost of $10,000.
Weddings on Sunday during the months of August through October begin with a starting cost of $9000.
January through June, and November & December
Weddings taking place Monday through Thursday during the months of January through June, and November & December begin with a starting cost of $9000.
Friday weddings during the months of January through June, and November & December begin with a starting cost of $11,000.
Saturday weddings during the months of January through June, and November & December begin with a starting cost of $13,000.
Sunday weddings during the months of January through June, and November & December begin with a starting cost of $12,000.
Adams Estate Wedding Cost 2027
October through May
Weddings taking place from Monday to Thursday during the months of October through May begin with a starting cost of $8000.
Friday weddings during the months of October through May begin with a starting cost of $13,000.
Saturday weddings during the months of October through May begin with a starting cost of $15,000.
Sunday weddings during the months of October through May begin with a starting cost of $14,000.
June through September
Weddings taking place Monday-Thursday during the months of June through September begin with a starting cost of $6000.
Friday weddings during the months of June through September begin with a starting cost of $12,000.
Saturday weddings during the months of June through September begin with a starting cost of $14,000.
Sunday weddings during the months of June through September begin with a starting cost of $13,000.
Intimate Weddings at The Adams Estate
In addition to weddings with up to 200 guests in attendance, Adams Estate also welcomes weddings with fewer than 60 guests in attendance. November through June
Intimate weddings at Adams Estate during the months of November through June and take place on Monday through Thursday only. Weddings taking place during this time period begin with a total cost of $3000.
August through October
Intimate weddings are also offered during the months of August through October. Weddings taking place on these dates are available daily and begin with a starting cost of $6000.
